These Terms of Use govern the rules for accessing and using the website www.emasys.hr (hereinafter: the Website), which is operated by EMASYS d.o.o., Ul. Božidara Magovca 99, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 15121151843, MBS: 080961321 (hereinafter: the Provider).

By accessing and using the Website, the user confirms that they are familiar with these Terms of Use and accepts them in full.
