In order for this site to work properly and for us to be able to continue to improve the site and enhance your browsing experience, this site will download a small text file known as a „cookie“ on the device you are using to view our website.

2.1 Types of cookies we use

3 SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

3.2 Retention of personal data

We take every reasonable step to ensure that your personal data is held in our database and that of our partners in line with the Data Protection Act.  We store your personal data for the minimum period necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy.

If a legal retention time exists, we will keep your data for the required period, after which we will permanently delete or destroy the data within a year. Personal data we process based on our legitimate interests are kept as long as the legitimate interest exists. When the legitimate interest ceases to exist, we delete or destroy the data within a year. Personal data we process on the basis of your explicit consent will be stored until you withdraw your consent. When that happens we will delete your personal data in the shortest time possible.

4 YOUR RIGHTS

Upon request you have the right to ask whether we collect and use your personal data and to request a physical or electronic copy of the information held about you for free in a comprehensible, legible and easily accessible form.

By law you also have the right to:

  • request access to, deletion, the portability or correction of your personal data
  • limit the use and disclosure of your personal data

In certain circumstances, we may not be able to uphold your rights, for example, when we are required to retain some of your personal data to satisfy our legal or contractual obligations.

Exercising your right to object to the processing of your personal data does not carry any negative consequences or sanctions. However, there is a possibility that after exercising your right, we will not be able to provide you with one or more of our services that cannot be provided without the use of personal data (e.g. customized communications, notifications about new products and services, etc.).

If, at any time, you have unresolved concerns with regards to the processing and protection of your personal data, you also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authorities – the Personal Data Protection Agency (www.azop.hr).

5 PERSONAL DATA BREACHES

In the event of a breach with regards to the personal data held in our database or database of any of our partners, we will report the breach to all relevant persons and the competent data protection authorities within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and assess whether it is necessary to inform the individuals the compromised personal data belongs to.

By providing any personal data on the website you fully understand and unambiguously agree to the collection, processing and disclosure of such personal data within the Republic of Croatia as laid out in this privacy and cookies policy.
